Great Value for $30Fits both my hockey skates (size 10) and my sons (size 1) in the big skate compartments, along with a small towel, skate socks, gloves, etc. for a quick trip to the rink for a casual skate. The cell phone pocket must have been designed 10 years ago, not for a decent sized smartphone, but no biggie. I store my skate sharpener in there instead.Wife just bought a new pair of figure skates and plans on picking up the pink one.

I ordered this bag in black a few weeks ago. So far quite pleased. The over the shoulder design makes the bag super easy to tote around. Includes separate compartments for each skate. Skates easily fit inside, even with plastic blade guards in place. Also, includes an extra compartment for a few little extras, as well as one for a cell phone, and one for a water bottle. This is a great bag for my needs, as a novice skater. Only draw back I could see, may not be “enough” of a bag if your skating requires more equipment, such as costumes, etc.

I got this bag for my son and it’s been perfect – not too huge and unwieldy so he’s able to hoof his skates around with his backpack and whatever other school stuff he needs to carry. The pockets are big and hold a lot. My only complaint is that each skate compartment is separate, meaning there is a zipper for each rather than one big pocket with a partial divider like other skate bags we’ve owned. This makes it harder to stash other items in the bag (like his helmet) but overall it gets the job done and he likes it.

This bag works great for holding my two skates, a few pads, gloves, and a small towel (for my blades). My only wish is that it was a little more firm (versus being floppy). When I remove the skates, the bag flops over, so I have to grab it back up and open to put my street shoes inside. Also, I’m 5’4″, so I adjust the shoulder strap to the smallest length position. Once I do this, the rubber shoulder guard thing won’t line up (or slide to fit) with my shoulder, and the adjustment won’t hold for very long before I have to tighten it up again. Really none of these things are a big deal. The bag does what it needs to do.

I bought this bag for my figure skates almost two years ago and it has held up well with moderate use during that time. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality since it was a relatively inexpensive bag. It had room for several accessories in the side pockets, which I really appreciated. I have used it at both indoor and outdoor skating rinks and it seems to be weatherproof and durable. I also like the fact that it doesn’t look really flashy because I figure it is less attractive for people to steal if I have to leave it unattended on the bench while I skate. Overall, I think this bag is a great deal for your money and I highly recommend it.
