I’ve used some other paddles, and they were roughly the same weigh. This one may be a touch lighter. It moves quickly, and feels good in your hand. It has the thickness more akin to a tennis racket, which works for me because I used to play tennis. It has a lot of pop. The ball comes off the paddle fast. My only issue is that I am a natural top spin, ground stroke player. While I can still plenty of spin off of this paddle, the surface is surprisingly smooth, and perhaps not as grippy as I would prefer. That being said, it’s the favorite I’ve tried, so far.

If you are just getting into Pickleball and you don’t want to spend a ton of money on a paddle then this is a good starter set. It also comes with two balls and a case. While I might not find these of the highest quality, it’s definitely a cost-efficient option, especially if you’re just getting into the sport.
