The Velcro closure which goes around the skis is too big and therefore it is hard to get tight on the skis. Also the straps that hold the poles are very loose so the poles can easily slide out.Edited to add that the company reached out to me after seeing that I was not too happy with the product and they were so helpful. Their customer service is outstanding!
