This is a perfect way for two to get into disc golf. This very economically priced set includes a yellow driver (for greatest distance) , mid range disc in red, and the putter is blue. In use, think of working from the brightest color to the darkest in terms of distance to cover. These disc feel good in the hand and I was satisfied with how they flew. They are somewhat generic in that they lack labeling and indications as to the flight characteristics/rating. Specialty disc golf company discs list their products in terms of their speed, how it glides, and how quickly a disc will fade while flying. However, given the pricing of this set, all of that can wait as one gains actual time on a course and experience throwing. A single disc from a famous brand can cost $10 or more which is half the price of this whole set. Minor negatives, there was some scuff marks on a few of the discs. The mesh carry bag works but the mesh material is so light that its durability can be questioned. Discs for disc golf are heavier than a frisbee and smaller in diameter. Any disc golf disc is suitable for a motivated child who has good coordination.

This is a great, functional starter set for playing disc golf. It is perfect for kids to take to the park to play the game without breaking the bank. The discs are sturdy and do their job well. The included mesh carrying bag holds everything conveniently.
