These goggles are great at a value price. Magnetic lens is easy to swap for varying conditions. These never fogged up when skiing and were quite comfortable. The hard case keeps them safe in your bag when traveling.

Eclipse Optics Ski Goggles ReviewWhen it comes to hitting the slopes, having the right gear can make all the difference between an exhilarating experience and a frustrating one. Enter the Eclipse Optics ski goggles, a top-tier option that combines functionality with comfort to enhance your skiing experience.Material and Build Quality: Constructed from Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), these goggles are not only lightweight but also impressively durable. TPU’s resistance to harsh conditions means you can trust these goggles to perform well, whether you’re in stormy conditions or under the glaring sun. The sleek design feels robust while remaining flexible, allowing for a snug yet comfortable fit.Lens Features: The dual lens system of Eclipse Optics is one of its standout features. The mirrored and polarized lenses offer pinpoint clarity, minimizing glare and enhancing visibility, which is crucial when navigating varied terrain. I particularly appreciated the double anti-fog coating, which proved effective during high-energy runs. Unlike some other goggles that fog up during steep climbs or when taking a break, these maintained clarity, allowing focus on the ride ahead.Comfort and Fit: The comfortable padding around the face is plush yet breathable, ensuring that extended wear doesn’t lead to discomfort or irritation. The adjustable strap is a thoughtful addition, making it easy to position the goggles correctly for use under or over a helmet. Bonus points for the design that accommodates those who wear prescription glasses; slipping my glasses inside the goggles was a breeze, and I experienced no pressure points or pinching – a common issue with many ski goggles.Versatility with Additional Lenses: Another highlight of the Eclipse Optics goggles is the inclusion of an extra yellow lens, perfect for low-light conditions or overcast days. The magnetic attachment mechanism for the lenses is a game-changer, allowing for quick and easy swaps without the hassle of fumbling with clips or snaps. The vibrant lens for bright daylight is excellent and kept my vision crystal clear during sun-soaked descents.Included Accessories: Eclipse didn’t skimp on the extras, providing a protective nylon case, a soft pouch, and a cleaning cloth. These thoughtful touches show that the brand cares about the longevity of their product and the satisfaction of their customers. The protective case is particularly useful for transporting the goggles safely, protecting them from scratches and potential damage.Final Thoughts: Overall, the Eclipse Optics ski goggles exceed expectations across the board. Their combination of lightweight durability, exceptional lens technology, and comfort make them a reliable choice for both casual skiers and more seasoned athletes. Whether you’re slicing through powder or trekking through flat light, these goggles will have you covered. If you’re in the market for a versatile, high-quality pair of ski goggles, look no further than Eclipse Optics.

I’ve had all kinds of ski goggles over the years from just about every price range and have decided that it just isn’t worth paying hundreds of dollars for name brand goggles. These goggles are at a great price and are overall one of the best value ski goggles I have had.The dual-layered lens does well to prevent fogging- I have yet to have any issues with fogging in a variety of different conditions. Additionally, the magnetic lens attachment is a super nice feature. I have had some goggles (more expensive than this) that were the “snap-in” type that made it a huge pain to get in and out- especially if you’re on a ski lift. The magnetic lenses attach securely and make changing lenses a breeze. For the price, you really can’t go wrong with these. 100% recommend for skiers of any skill level.
