This took about an hour for one person to assemble. It was not at all complicated, just a lot of screws to attach. The Allen wrench is included but very tiny and you have to put some muscle into screwing all the bolts into the wood, but the thick wood makes the structure nice and strong. No way those screws are coming loose. Might wanna do some wrist stretches before, during and after. My granddaughter loves climbing on this. The cat likes walking under the tunnel like a footballer entering a stadium.
