Due to health issues that demand heated garments for comfort, this IS, to me, an exceptional heated jacket. it provides a warmth that feels as if it’s surrounding the body. My hands become icy in more moderate temperatures, so the warm pockets are an especially welcome feature. I appreciate the warming elements at the neck, as well. The zippers are strong & secure. I’m confident they won’t come apart during use. The warming elements immediately being operational & pressing one button, once, is an even nicer component than I’ve seen in other jackets. Having the broad shoulders of a large-boned woman, I struggle with donning other garments, but not with this one! Even after a great weight loss, my frame demands I still must buy size ‘large’ for coats. I love the varied choice of colors which was a pleasant ‘challenge’.My SINGLE complaint is that the only batteries that can be used are those that fit the jacket’s plug. Had I realized the manner in which they must attach, I would have considered a different heated garment. Many don’t have thebudget to purchase additional extras to be charging while using one. The extra financial outlay should be incorporated into the ads for this wonderful jacket.

I could not be happier with my purchase! I have had nice heated jackets in the past, I’ve had very nice Columbia jackets, all sorts of expensive coats, but this one takes the cake and is by far the my favorite coat I’ve ever had. This thing is SO warm, most of the time I don’t even need the heat. I lIve in Michigan and the winters get so cold here, but I’ve never once been cold wearing this coat. The inside is so soft and comfy, it fits great. The battery capacity is much higher than any other heated jacket I’ve had in the past. This thing lasts forever. And it has a digital screen that tells you where the battery percentage is which is great! I love that the hood has a Velcro strap that goes around your mouth, I was putting up Christmas lights in blowing wind and freezing cold snow, and my face was getting cold so I decided to velcro that bad boy up and my face was so warm. This coat is literally everything you need. I cannot say enough good things about it. In fact the reason I came inside to write a review was because of how warm I was while everyone else was freezing cold. I will certainly purchase more of these and get one for everybody in my family in the future. I read all sorts of reviews to all sorts of products before purchasing this and I’m so grateful that I chose this one. I found an item that I can be loyal to. I just cannot say enough good things about this product. If you are like me and you’re going through reviews and you’re trying to find the right jacket that’s going to do the job and much more, it’s this one. Hands down you will be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. It’s worth every penny. Great product, great quality, just very well made. Hats off to the designer!

This coat was a gift and it was a HIT! It is made of durable material! It is wind and rain resistant. The zipper has worked smoothly with no issues. Battery life is good but if it went for 24 hours a day, my daughter would be even happier! She loves it and even wears it in her house if she gets chilly! The different levels of warmth keep her warm and toasty at sports events as well as just being outdoors! Would purchase again and again! Quality product and the price was right!

This Jacket was so warm and comfortable. Great for being out in the cold for a long period of time. The battery pack is a little heavy but actually can be used almost all day.
